Scheduled
There are two important events happening on the Flow testnet tomorrow.

1️⃣ Flow Testnet will undergo a height co-ordinated upgrade (HCU) tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22, 2024 8:00 AM Pacific (3:00 PM UTC)

The upgrade will NOT cause any network downtime except for transaction execution being paused on testnet for a few minutes while the execution nodes restart.

2️⃣ The first testnet cadence migration event will begin after the HCU.

During this time, transactions or scripts sent to Flow testnet will succeed only if they are using contracts (directly or indirectly) that have been staged in preparation for Cadence 1.0, otherwise they will fail. This is as per the process and timelines announced earlier for the Crescendo upgrade.

This will start at roughly 8:30 AM Pacific (3:30 PM UTC) tomorrow and run for two days. This is an opportunity for teams to test their transaction logic and confirm they have staged their contracts successful. After this, testnet will function as usual until the next migration event, planned for May 29th.
