Flow testnet will undergo a height-coordinated upgrade on Monday, Nov 6th sometime between 17:00 and 17:30 UTC (9 AM Pacific)

The upgrade will NOT cause any network downtime except for transaction and script execution being paused for a few minutes when the execution nodes restart.

Public access nodes will be available and continue to process requests.
