Flow testnet will undergo a height-coordinated upgrade today, Tuesday, Nov 14th sometime between 19:00 and 19:30 UTC (11 AM Pacific)

The upgrade will NOT cause any network downtime except for transaction and script execution being paused for a few minutes when the execution nodes restart.

Public access nodes will be available and continue to process requests.
