Flow sandboxnet will undergo a height-coordinated upgrade today between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM UTC. The upgrade will NOT cause any network downtime except for transaction execution being paused for a few minutes when the execution nodes restart.
Public access nodes will be available and continue to process requests.
